| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肾康宁对家兔Ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎模型血清超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）及脂质过氧化物（ＭＤＡ）的影响。方法：用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白复制家兔免疫复合物型上球肾炎，并用肾康宁进行治疗。结果：肾康宁各剂量组呈剂量依赖性升设备血清ＳＯＤ活性，降低血清中ＭＤＡ含量。结论肾康宁具有抗脂质过氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of shenkangning (SKN) on SOD and MDA in serum of rabbits. Mothods: The rabbit model of immune complex glomerulonephritis was established by c BSA and treated with shenkangning. Results: In all the SKN dosage group, SKN could increase dose dependently the activities of SOD( P <0.01) and dcrease MDA content in serum ( P <0.01). Conclusion:SKN has the action of anti ligid peroxydation. |
