戊二醛杀菌影响因素的试验观察

摘    要:以悬液定量杀菌试验观察了 2 %戊二醛溶液的杀菌影响因素。结果 ,在 30℃下 ,以 2 %中性戊二醛溶液 (pH 7 0 )对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用 5min ,杀灭率均达 99 9%以上 ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 15min的杀灭率亦达 99 9%。在试验范围内 ,其杀菌效果随戊二醛溶液 pH值增加、温度升高、作用时间延长而提高 ,随有机物增加而减低

Abstract:neutral glutaraldehyde solution contains 0 3% sodium bicarbonate and has a pH value of 7 0 The factors influencing its germicidal efficacy were observed experimentally using suspension quantitative germicidal test The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to 2% neutral glutaraldehyde solution for 5 min at 30℃ were higher than 99 9% The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to the solution for 15 min also attained 99 9% Under the test conditions, its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing pH value of the glutaraldehyde solution and temperature and prolonging the exposure time and decreased with increasing organic substances
