摘    要:
目的:了解结肠肿瘤组织中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)的浸润情况,并探讨其浸润程度的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色的方法,用CD163标记巨噬细胞,光学显微镜下计数阳性染色细胞。结果:结肠癌组织中TAMs计数高于结肠腺瘤组织,结肠腺瘤组高于癌旁正常组织(P均〈0.05),TAMs浸润程度与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结和远处转移等有关(P均〈0.05)。结论:TAMs在结肠癌组织中浸润较多,且在其发生发展中起重要作用,并促进其侵袭、转移,可作为临床评估结肠癌病情的新指标。

Abstract:
Objective: To find out the infiltration of tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) in colonic neoplasm tissue, and discuss its clinical significance. Methods: lmmunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD163 protein in 53 cases of colonic cancer,20 cases of colonic adenoma,15 cases of normal colonic tissue(5 cm form the cancer), and count the quantity of positive staining ceils. Results: The infiltration of TAMs in colonic cancer was higher than that in the colon adenoma and normal group(P〈0.05), and it was associated with the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(all P〈0.05). Conclusion: The tumor associated macrophages were much infiltrated in colonic cancer, and it played important roles in the development and promotion. It could promote the invasion and the metastasis of colonic cancer, and be a new evaluation for colonic neoplasm.
