| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术（LAVH）与开腹全子宫切除术的临床手术效果。方法对163例子宫良性病变行LAVH临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与87例行开腹全子宫切除术患者进行比较。比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间。结果 2组手术均获成功,LAVH组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间较少于开腹全子宫切除术组,2组间有显著性差异。结论 LAVH具有手术时间短、出血少、住院时间短等优点,是目前较理想的治疗良性子宫疾病的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare efficiency of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy（LAVH） and total abdominal hysterectomy（TAH）.Methods Medical records of 163 cases of LAVH and 87 cases of TAH were reviewed.Results Hysteromyoma was the major cause of operation.The operative time,blood loss in operation and postoperative hospital stay were significantly different between the LAVH group and TAH group.The index of LAVH group was lesser to in TAH group.Conclusion LAVH can expand the operation scope,and is a safe,effective and valuable choice to treat hysteromyoma in a well trained operator. |
