口腔扁平苔癣患者总体幸福感及相关影响因素分析

应用总体幸福感量表( GWB)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、艾森克人格问卷简版(EPQRSC)对224例口腔扁平苔癣(OLP)患者进行检测,分析研究 OLP 患者的总体幸福感及其影响因素。结果显示 OLP 患者 GWB 总分男性、女性得分均显著低于常模(P <0．05)；不同职业、不同生活地区OLP 患者之间 GWB 分差异无统计学意义,不同年龄组之间GWB 分比较差异有统计学意义( P <0．05)；积极应对与GWB 分呈正相关性(r =0．36,P <0．01),消极应对与 GWB分呈负相关性(r =-0．37,P <0．01),N 与 GWB 分呈负相关性(r =-0．51,P <0．01)。积极应对对 GWB 得分具有明显的正向预测(P <0．01),N 对 GWB 得分具有明显的负向预测(P <0．05)。表明 OLP 患者总体幸福感偏低,并受一定因素的影响。加强患者的应对调整,可以更好地改善其生活质量,提高其整体幸福感。

Analysis of the factors of oral lichen planus patients overall well-being and related effects

Application of general well-being schedule(GWB), simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ), Eysen-ck Personality Questionnaire brief version(EPQRSC) of 224 cases of oral lichen planus (OLP) with surveying, a-nalysis of OLP patients overall sense of happiness and its influencing factors. Results of patients with OLP GWB scores of men, women score were significantly lower than those of the norm (P < 0. 05); between different occupa-tions, different areas of life of patients with OLP GWB difference was not statistically significant, between different age groups GWB points difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05); positive coping and GWB was positively correlated (r = 0. 36, P < 0. 01), negative coping and GWB points were negatively correlated (r = - 0. 37, P <0. 01), N and GWB points were negatively correlated (r = - 0. 51, P < 0. 01). The positive response to GWB score had a significant positive prediction (P < 0. 01), and N had a significantly negative (P < 0. 05) for the score of the GWB. Show that oral lichen planus patients overall well-being is low, and is influenced by some factors. Strengthen the coping adjustment, can better improve the quality of life, improve the overall happiness.
