3.0T MR冠状动脉血管成像增强前后图像质量的对比研究

摘    要:目的:探讨3.0 T MR对冠状动脉血管成像图像质量的显示情况。方法:应用3.0 T MR对21例健康志愿者行冠状动脉血管扫描,在注入对比剂前后对主动脉根部行三次扫描,把所得平扫、增强后1 min及增强后15 min的三组图像,分别称为A组、B组、C组,计算三组信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)。结果:A、B、C三组图像SNR及CNR差异均有统计学意义(分别为F=13.34,F=9.45,P<0.05);B组的SNR及CNR明显高于A组SNR及CNR,差异有统计学意义;C组的SNR及CNR高于A组SNR及CNR,差异有统计学意义;B组的SNR及CNR稍高于C组的SNR及CNR,但差异无统计学意义。结论:注入对比剂后的冠状动脉血管图像质量优于不使用对比剂的冠状动脉血管图像质量,以注入对比剂后1 min开始扫描血管图像质量为佳。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the angiogram quality for coronary artery before and after enhanced scanning using three-tesla(3.0-T) magnetic resonance (MR).Methods:The 3.0-T MR was applied to scanning the coronary arteries in 21 healthy volunteers,and each subject underwent three scans at the root of aorta before and after infusion of the contrast agent.The images obtained by plain scans and enhancement at 1 min and 15 min were labeled as group A, B and C.The single-to-noise(SNR) an contrast-to-noise(CNR) in the three groups were inspected with F-test for comparing the aortic angiogram quality. Results:The SNR and CNR varied significantly in statistics in the three groups (F=13.34,F=9.45,P&lt;0.05),in which the SNR and CNR in group B were significantly or moderately higher than that of group A .The difference was statistically significant .Although SNR and CNR higher in group B than group C,which suggested no significance.Conclusion:Coronary angiogram quality appears better after use of contrast agent than absence of the agent ,and scanning at 1 min after application of the agent leads to favorable angiography .
