三叉神经痛神经脱髓鞘变程度的定量分析

摘    要:目的 :研究三叉神经脱髓鞘变程度与三叉神经痛的关系。 方法 :选 6例下齿槽神经痛患者 ,取其患支下齿槽神经、颏神经 ,并取其未发病的舌神经为自身对照 ;选择 4例无三叉神经痛患者的下齿槽神经作为正常对照 ,利用图像分析系统测量并用统计学的方法定量分析比较四组神经脱髓鞘变的程度。 结果 :三叉神经痛患者的患支神经的脱髓鞘变程度与正常对照神经相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :神经脱髓鞘变程度与三叉神经痛的发病有关

Abstract:Objective:To study the relation between demyelination and trigeminal neuralgia. Methods:Cut the diseased inferior alveolar nerve branches and chin nerve branches from 6 patients suffering from trigeminal neuralgia during operation. Cut the normal tongue nerve as the self control from them, and inferior alveolar nerve of 4 cases of non-trigeminal neuralgia as control . To apply the image analysis system to measure,then quantitatively analysis by statistical method and compare the degree on demyelination of the 4 groups of nerve branches. Results:Difference between the diseased nerve branches and the normal ones of trigeminal neuralgia is significant(P<0.05).Difference between the nerve branches of self control and those of normal control is not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The degree on demyelination of peripheral nerve branches is relevant to trigeminal neuralgia.
