| 摘 要： | 目的 测定双石清热合剂中绿原酸的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定.结果 绿原酸质量浓度的线性范围为0.0100-0.1000 mg/mL,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.3%.结论 方法准确、简便、易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制. |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Shuangshiqingre oral solution.Methods To establish a method using HPLC for the content determination.Results A good linearity of chlorogenic acid was obtained in the range of 0.010 0-0.100 0 mg/mL,the mean recovery rate was 98.8% (RSD=1.3% ).Conclusion This method is accurate,reproducible,simple and easy to operate.It can be used for the quality control of this preparation. |
