经侧裂-岛叶入路治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的疗效分析

目的探讨高血压基底节区脑出血的手术治疗方法和效果。方法对经外侧裂-岛叶入路手术治疗的43例高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后存活38例，死亡5例。在存活的38例中，术后6个月根据G05评分恢复良好11例，中残16例，重残10例，植物生存1例。结论经外侧裂-岛叶入路手术是治疗高血压基底节区脑出血较理想的方法，具有对脑组织损伤小、易发现出血点、神经功能恢复好等优点。

Treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas through transsyivian transinsular approach

Objective To study the method and effect of mierosurgical treatment on patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas though transsylvian transinsular approach. Methods Forty-three patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hematomas underwent treatment through transsyvian transinsular approach and the clinical data were retrospectively analysed. Results The 38 patients survived and 5 patients died after operation. The therapeutic effects of the survival were evaluated at 6 months after operation according to Glasgow outcome scale {GOS） categories：good recovery 11 eases, moderate disability 16 eases, severe disability 10 eases, persistent vegetative state 1 eases. Conclusion Surgery through transsylvian transinsular approach is an effective treatment for hypertensive bsaal ganglia hematomas,it is characterized by minimal cerebral tissues injury,easy finding point and good nervous function recovery.
