龙胆草水提取物对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

[目的]研究龙胆草水提取物对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.[方法]用四氯化碳及D氨基半乳糖分别制作大鼠急性肝细胞坏死模型,用全自动生物化学分析仪测定大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及丙氨酸转氨酶(AST)的含量,用比色分析法测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量.[结果]龙胆草水提取物能明显抑制由四氯化碳和D氨基半乳糖所致急性肝细胞坏死大鼠血清中ALT及AST含量的升高,提高血清中SOD和GSHPX的含量,降低MDA的含量.[结论]龙胆草水提取物对四氯化碳及D氨基半乳糖所致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用.

Study on protecting effects of aqueous extract of the Gentianascabra Bye for acute liver injury in rats

OBJECTIVE?To study the protecting effects of aqueous extract of the Gentianascabra Bye for the acute liver injury in rats.?METHODS?The aqueous extract of the Gentianascabra Bye was perfused into ~stomache of the rats with liver injury induced by carton tetrachloride and D-galactoasmine. It was detected by using colorimetric method that the activities of aspartate transaminase (ALT), alanine transaminase (AST), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione perioxidase (GSH-Px), and the content malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum.?RESULTS?The aqueous extract of the Gentianascabra Bye significantly reduced acute liver injury induced by carton tetrachloride and D-galactoasmine, by means of decreasing ALT and AST in serum; the activities of SOD, GSH-PX in treat group were higher than that of model group and the content MDA in treat group was lower than that in model group, respectively.?CONCLUSION?The aqueous extract of the Gentianascabra Bye has protecting effects for the acute hepatic injury induced by carton tetrachloride and ~D-galactoasmine in rats.
