| 摘 要： | 目的：分析胆囊癌CT征象，探讨胆囊癌的诊断技巧。方法：分析32例经手术，病理证实的胆囊癌CT检查结果。结果：胆囊癌分为壁厚，腔内和肿块3型，本组壁厚型8例，腔内和肿块型各12例。结论：胆囊癌常具有较典型的影像特征。常规肝碍CT扫描中对“胆囊影缺失”的密切关注和多体位增强CT扫描均有助于胆囊癌的诊断和鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the CT features of gallbladder carcinoma, as well as discuss the diagnostic skill of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:The CT findings in 32 pathologically proved cases were retrospectively analysed.Results:CT findings of gallbladder carcinoma in this group can be attributed as follows: thickened wall 8 cases, intraluminal mass 12 cases and huge mass 12 cases. Conclusion:The gallbladder carcinoma is of typical imaging feature as usual. Paying more attention to the absence from the gallbladder in the cause of the CT scaning, contrast enhancement and multiple-orention scanning are of great value in the detection of the lesion. |
