| 摘 要： | 氧化应激在心血管系统疾病的发生发展中起了重要作用。最近,氢气被证实在体内具有选择性的抗氧化作用。氢气可以选择性地清除羟自由基和过氧亚硝基,而对体内生理活性氧无影响。在心血管系统中,氢气被证实具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡作用。在心肌缺血再灌注损伤、动脉粥样硬化、放射性心脏损伤等疾病中被证实具有抗氧化保护作用。至此,氢气作为一种新型抗氧化剂为心血管系统疾病的临床治疗提供了崭新的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular system diseases.Recent studies have demonstrated that hydrogen has a selective antioxidative effect;it reduces the hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite,but does not affect other reactive oxygen species.Numerous other studies have shown that hydrogen,through anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis,has a significant therapeutic effect in various cardiovascular system diseases.Hydrogen is a potential therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. |
