项九针结合高压氧对椎动脉型颈椎病患者治疗前后血流动力学的影响

目的：观察项九针结合高压氧（HBO）治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响。方法：120例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组各60例,观察组采用项九针结合HBO治疗;对照组采用丁咯地尔注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果：治疗30次后,与治疗前比较,经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检测椎动脉收缩峰流速（Vs）、舒张末期血流速度（Vd）及平均血流速度（Vm）值显著上升,搏动指数（PI）及阻力指数（RI）值显著下降（P〈0.01）;对照组仅Vs及Vm值明显上升（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,血流参数值观察组改善更明显（P〈0.05-0.01）。结论：项九针结合HBO治疗能显著改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎基底动脉供血不足,消除临床症状,疗效明显。

Effects of the Nine Needles of Neck and Hyperbaric Oxygen on Haemodynamics of Patients with Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: To observe the effects of the nine needles of neck and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on haemodynamics of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Method: 120 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group,the patients were subject to the nine needles of neck and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and those in control group to intravenous injection of buflomedil hydrochloride.Results: After treatment for 30 times,the values of Vs,Vd and Vm were significantly increased,and those of PI and RI were significantly reduced in observation group as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).In control group,only Vs and Vm values were significantly increased(P<0.05).The changes in the hemodynamic indexes in observation group were more obvious than those in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion: The nine needles of neck and hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency of the patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
