子宫峡部妊娠32例临床分析

目的：探讨子宫峡部妊娠的不同治疗方法。方法：回顾分析嘉兴市妇幼保健院2005年至2008年32例子宫峡部妊娠患者采用天花粉＋M TX或天花粉＋宫腔镜下电切割术治疗,观察两组的各项治疗指标及疗效。结果：天花粉＋M TX组血清HCG平均降至正常时间（22.87±9.16）天,包块平均消退时间（37.13±15.87）天,平均阴道流血时间（39.13±14.20）天,而天花粉＋宫腔镜下电切割术组血清HCG平均降至正常时间（11.00±3.61）天,包块平均消退时间（7.47±2.03）天,平均阴道流血时间（10.29±3.22）天,P〈0.01,差异均有统计学意义。结论：天花粉＋M TX和天花粉＋宫腔镜下电切割术治疗子宫峡部妊娠均有效,而后者血清HCG降至正常时间、包块消退时间和阴道流血时间均短于对照组,治疗效果好,值得推广。

Cervical pregnancy: a report of 32 cases

Objective To investigate the different treatments of cervical pregnancy. Methods The treatment indicators and efficacy of 32 cases of cervical pregnancy treated with trichosanthin plus MTX or electrical excision by hysteroscopy from 2005 to 2008 in Hospital of Maternal and Child Care in Jiaxing were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the trichosanthin plus MTX group,the average time of serum HCG returned to normal was （22.87±9.16） day,The average time of mass subsided was（37.13±15.87）day,and the average bleeding time was（39.13±14.20） day. In the trichosanthin plus electrical excision by hysteroscopy group,the average time of serum HCG returned to normal was （l 1.00±3.61 ）day, the average time of mass subsided was （7.47±2. 03）day and the average bleeding time was （10.29 ± 3.22）day. The two groups were statistically different （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The two treatments were both effective, but the average time in the trichosanthin plus electrical excision by hysteroscopy was shorter,which was worth promoting.
