| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复发性脑胶质瘤的再手术适应征及预后。方法回顾性分析我科2005年1月-2007年12月47例再手术复发性脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料。结果47例均手术治疗,全切除27例,次全切除20例。再手术后卡氏评分（Kamofsky Performance Status,KPS）50-90,平均78.30。再手术后生存期为3月-22月,平均生存期11.62月。经多变量分析,病理类型、手术间隔、手术切除程度对改善预后有统计学意义。结论术前病理为WHOⅠ-Ⅱ级,手术间隔≥12月的复发脑胶质瘤患者,积极手术治疗可改善生活质量、延长生存时间。
