中医治疗复发性口疮的疗效

目的：探讨中医治疗复发性口疮的疗效。方法：300例口疮患者随机分为两组。治疗纽内服自制清疮饮口服液，2包，d，服中药期间停服其他药物。对照组用复合维生素B，口服。每次1片。每日2次；常规抗炎对症处理。两组均6d为一个疗程，可用1～2疗程。结果：总有效率治疗组为94％，对照组为75％，治疗组疗效较对照组佳，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：复发性口疮是临床常见病、多发病，发病原因尚不明确。中医根据脏腑经络理论辨证，标本兼顾而重在治本，治疗疗效满意。

The effect of treating recurrent aphthous in TCM

Objective： To study the effect of treating recurrent aphthous in TCM. Methods： 300 patients with ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was treated with home-made debridement Oral Liquid, 2 packs/d, stop taking other drugs during the period of taking TCM. The control group was treated with vitamin B, Oral. 1 packe a time. 2 times a day; Conventional anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment. 6d for a course of treatment in both groups, 1 ~2 courses available. Result： The total effective rate in treatment group was 94%, 75% of the control group, the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a clinical common disease, the etiology is not clear. TCM according to organs and meridians discriminate, both specimens while focus on root, the therapy is satisfactory.
