阿德福韦酯配合中药抗乙肝病毒临床分析

目的：分析临床上阿德福韦酯配合中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：50例患有慢性乙型肝炎的患者分为对照组和观察组，各25例。对照组给予a-2b干扰素配合中药益气化瘀解毒汤治疗，用500万Ua-2b干扰素注射液作肌内注射；观察组给予阿德福韦酯配合益气化瘀解毒汤治疗。治疗期均为6个月。结果：治疗后，两组肝功能指标优于治疗前，但观察组ALT、AST及TBIL值明显低于对照组，两组治疗后肝功能复常率比较：观察组ALT和TBIL复常率分别为84．0％（21例）和80．0％（20例）明显高于对照组的68．0％（17例）和60．0％（15例）。结论：通过数据表明，通过阿德福韦酯配合中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有显著疗效。

Clinical analysis of Anti-hepatitis B virus by Adefovir dipivoxil combined with TCM

Objective： To analysis of the effect of treating on chronic hepatitis B by Adefovir combined in TCM. Methods： 50 patients who with chronic hepatitis B were randomly devided into control group and observation group. Control group received interferon a-2b combined with TCM Yiqihuayu decoction treatment, with 500 million Ua-2b injection for intramuscular injection of interference; Observation group with adefovir dipivoxil Yiqihuayu decoction treatment. Treatment period was 6 months. Result： After treatment, both groups were better than pre-treatment liver function, but the observation group, ALT, AST, and significantly lower than the control group TBIL, after treatment, the recovery rate of liver function compared： Observation group, and ALT normalization rate TBIL were 84.0% （21 cases） and 80.0% （20 cases） was higher than the 68.0% （17 cases） and 60.0% （15 cases）. Conclusion： Through the data shows that by adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B with TCM has a significant effect.
