针刺大包穴对健康青年颈内动脉血流动力学安全性影响的研究

目的：观察针刺左侧大包穴对健康青年ICA血流动力学的影响，探讨其是否存在负性作用。方法：随机选取青年健康男性8例，针刺左侧大包穴，使用TCD分别检测双侧ICA在针刺前10min、进针时、留针时、出针时、出针后10min的变化并记录各参数。结果：右侧IcA在进针时、行针时、出针时、出针后10min后的Vs、Vd、Vm、RI、PI与针刺前10min相比较均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；左侧ICA在进针时、针刺15min、出针后的Vs、Vd、Vm、RI、PI与针刺前10min相比较均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但PI、RI有增加趋势；出针时Vm血流速度与针刺前10min相比较有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：针刺左侧大包穴在出针时能够降低左侧ICA的平均血流速度，提示该穴对ICA具有累积的针刺负性效应。

A reseach on the effects of needling Dabao point on internal carotid artery blood flow velocity security in young people

Objective： To observe effects of needling Dabao point on internal carotid artery blood flow velocity security in young people, discusses the negative effect existence. Methods： Randomly selected youth health male 8 cases, acupuncture point, use TCD to detect the changes of ICA and record each parameter during 10rain before acupuncture,needling, staying needing, out of needle. Results： there were no statistically significant Vs, Vd, Vm, RI, PI of ICA between needling, staying needing, out of needle, 10min after out of needle and 10min before acupuncture（P〉0.05）. Vs, Vd, Vm, RI, PI of the left ICA in when the needles, acupuncture for 15min, out of needle compared with 10min before acupuncture, there were no statistically significant （P〉0.05）, but PI, RI had a current of addition, the Vm blood flow velocity compared with 10min before acupuncture, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Needling left Dabao point when out of needle can reduce average blood flow rate of left ICA, the point of ICA has accumulated negative effect of acupuncture.
