米氮平与阿米替林治疗抑郁症双盲研究

目的：评价米氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：用米氮平和阿米替林进行随机双盲对照观察66例。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、副反应量表（TESS）、临床总体印象量表（CGI）评价疗效和不良反应,并定期检查肝、肾功能、心电图、脑电图、血生化（Glu、K、Na、Cl）等。结果：经6周观察,米氮平抗抑郁疗效与阿米替林相当,两组疗效分别为78.1%,79.4%（P〉0.05）。不良反应米氮平明显少于阿米替林（P〈0.01）。结论：米氮平是一种疗效好、安全性高的抗抑郁剂。

Double blind on treating depression with Mitazapine and Amitriptyline

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Mi on treating depression.Methods:66 depressive patients divided randomly into Mirtazapine and Amitriptyline.We measured the efficacy and side effect with HAMD,HAMA,TESS CGI and tested kidney function,liver function,EET,ECT,biochemical analysts and so on.Results: The efficacy had difference between Mirtazapine and Amitriptline by 6-week observation.The effective rate of two groups were separately 78.1%,79.4%(P>0.05).The side-effects of Mitazapine group lower than that of Amitriptyline group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The study proved that Mitazapine was an effective antidepressant.
