重组脑利钠肽对AMI介入术后心力衰竭患者炎性因子的影响

目的观察重组脑利钠肽（rhBNP）对急性心肌梗死（AMI）急症介入术后心力衰竭（心衰）患者炎性因子水平及预后的影响。方法将92例AMI急症介入治疗后出现心衰患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别予rhBNP、硝酸甘油静滴3d。结果与对照组治疗后比较,观察组室壁运动积分升高（P〈0．05）,可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1、血管细胞黏附分子-1、高敏C反应蛋白及IL-6水平明显降低（P均〈0．05）,12周后主要心脏不良事件发生率亦降低（P〈0．01）。结论rhBNP可改善心功能及预后,与其可减轻炎性反应有关。

Effect of brain natriuretic peptide on inflammatory factors of heart failure patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of brain natriuretic peptide （rhBNP） on the treatment of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） patients with heart failure underwent emergence percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into observed group and control group,then given BNP or nitroglycerin respectively for 3 d. Results The wall motion index ,the level of sICAM-1 ,sVCAM-1 ,hsCRP and IL-6 ,and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events （MACE） 12 weeks later in the observed group were lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion rhBNP can improve the cardiac function and reduce MACE incidence, possible mechanism maybe the alleviation of inflammatory reaction.
