| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种有效控制质量的方法。方法：以紫外分光光度法测定刺五加片中每片总黄酮含量。结果：此法能更准确反映药效指标和产品质量。结论：方法可靠，建议以此法代替甲醇浸出物测定。 |
