吗啡持续中心静脉泵入治疗晚期重度癌痛32例的效果

目的 观察吗啡持续中心静脉泵入治疗重度癌性疼痛患者的疗效及不良反应.方法 确诊为晚期恶性肿瘤患者32例,均合并重度疼痛,使用微量泵经中心静脉导管给予吗啡持续泵入,治疗前后采用数字疼痛强度分级法（NRS）对疼痛程度进行评估,观察疗效并记录不良反应.结果 在吗啡持续静脉泵入治疗期间,患者疼痛均显著缓解,6例（18.8％）完全缓解,26例（81.2％）部分缓解,大部分患者均有不同程度的阿片类药物常见不良反应,未见严重不良反应.结论 对于晚期重度癌性疼痛患者,吗啡持续中心静脉泵入止痛疗效确切且安全,患者依从性好.

Efficacy of morphine infusion by continuous intravenous pump via central vein in the treatment of 32 patients with advanced cancer and severe pain

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of continuous intravenous morphine pumping via central vein for the treatment of advanced cancer patients with severe pain. Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced cancer and severe pain received continuous intravenous infusion morphine by volumetric infusion pump via central vein. NRS and adverse effects were recorded before and after the treatment. Results The severe pain in all patients was obviously relieved during the treatment, 6 cases were completely relieved （18. 8%） and 26 cases partially relieved （81.2%）. There were many adverse effects in different levels in the most patients, but no serious adverse effects were found. Conclusion The method of continuous intravenous pumping morphine via central vein is effective and safe for relieving severe pain in the treatment of patients with advanced cancer and severe pain.
