| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刀疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法椎动脉型颈椎病患者680例，运用针刀技术治疗并观察其临床效果。结果治疗3周后评定疗效，临床治愈者385例（56．6％），良效者228例（33．5％），好转者56例（8．3％），无效者11例（1．6％）。优良率90．1％（613／680例），有效率98．4％（669／680例）。结论针刀疗法可有效治疗椎动脉型颈椎病。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupotomy （small needle knife） in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy. Methods Six hundred and eighty patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy received small needle knife therapy. The clinical ef- ficacy was observated. Results The efficacy was evaluated at the third week after the treatrnent. Cure effects were in 385 patients （56.6%）, good in 228 patients （33.5%）, improvement in 56 pa tients （8.3%0）, and ineffect in 11 patients （1.6%）. The total cure and good rate was 90.1%（613/ 680 eases）, and the effective rate was 98.4%（669/680 cases）.
