摘    要:
目的对湖北、四川道地,陕西非道地厚朴药材饮片及其他产地来源不同级别的厚朴饮片进行薄层色谱的比较研究,以期建立厚朴饮片的质量控制标准。方法结合外观性状鉴别的传统分级结果,应用不同薄层色谱法建立不同级别厚朴饮片的特征图谱。结果不同级别厚朴饮片的薄层特征图谱具有相似性、特征性,且不同品质厚朴易于区别。结论该方法可作为鉴别厚朴饮片并评价其质量的方法之一。

Abstract:
Objective Authentic to hubei, sichuan, not authentic to shaanxi magnolia medicinal herbs pieces and other different levels of magnolia officinalis pieces of origin to carry on the comparative study of thin layer chromatography, in order to set up the quality control standard of magnolia officinalis pieces. Methods Combined with identification of traditional classification results, application of thin layer chromatography (TLC) to establish different levels of magnolia officinalis pieces feature maps. Results Different levels of magnolia officina- lis pieces thin layer feature maps have similarities, characteristic, and different quality magnolia bark easily. Conclusion This method can be used as identification of cortex magnoliae pieces and one of the ways to evaluate its quality.
