支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种以反复发作的喘息、胸闷、呼吸困难及咳嗽为主要症状的疾病,严重时能导致死亡.急性哮喘一般都表现为由气道平滑肌收缩引起的气道狭窄.除了这一机械效应,气道平滑肌还通过分泌细胞因子,改变组织的基质成分以及与炎症细胞结合等机制参与了气道的炎症反应[1].
