| 摘 要： | 将日本血吸虫超声干卵混悬于6％琼脂液内作石蜡切片,贴于 PVC薄膜凹孔进行免疫酶染色试验(薄膜干卵切片 IEST),并与薄膜肝卵切片 IEST对比实验,检测 159份血吸虫病人血清,阳性率分别为 98.11％及 97.48％,两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。检测 63份健康人血清,假阳性分别为 2例及 1例。提示两法的敏感性和特异性相近。但两法检测阳性血清的反应强度(染色程度“+”值)经秩和检验比较结果,超声干卵切片反应平均强度(X±SD 为2.51±0.09)明显高于肝卵切片(1.81±0.08,P<0.05),超声干卵切片含虫卵切面多,虫卵较密集,虫卵成熟度较一致,均有助于试验结果观察,PVC 薄膜价廉,便于携带,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Immunoenzymatic staining technique (TEST) using PVC-membrane coated with Schisto-soma japonicurn ultrasonicated dry egg(UDE) and liver egg PVC-IEST was carried out to detect specific antibodies in sera from 159 cases with schistosomiasis japonica, the positive rates being 98. l%(156/159)and 97. 5% (155/159) .respectively. The sera from 63 healthy individuals showed false positive reaction in 2 cases and 1 case,respectively,suggesting that the sensitivity and specificity of the two tests were similar. However,the positive intensity was higher in UDE section than in liver egg section(F>0. 05). As the UDE section could be stained more obvious and the PVC membranes are cheap and could be easily brought so that this method might be aplicable for practical purposes. |
