我国不同经济水平地区卫生所卫生资源现况研究

目的:通过对不同经济状况省份的社会经济状况、卫生资源状况的现场调查和对比,了解我国不同经济水平地区卫生所卫生资源现状。方法:通过报表收集社会经济状况,卫生资源资料;卫生服务调查采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本。由经培训合格的调查员进行现场调查。结果:村卫生室每千人口卫生设备拥有量和每千人口拥有卫生人员数随着经济水平的提高而上升;经济水平越欠发达的地区,药品收入所占比重越大。结论:不同经济水平地区村卫生室设备、卫生人员、收入情况不同,应加强贫困地区卫生资源的投入,提高其卫生服务能力。

The current status of health care clinics'''' hygienic resources in villages located in counties with different economic levels

Objective: According to field investigation and comparison research of social-economic and health resources status in different provinces,this objective of this article was to find out the current situation of the clinics in Counties with different economic levels.Methods: 361 health care professionals were investigated in one city of henan province.A test of workplace violence and health status was carried out with workplace violence scale and occupational health scale.Results: This number of equipment and personnal per kilo-person rises with the increasing of economical level;the proportion of income of material medical is higher in the developing areas.Conclusion: To enhance the ability of health services,the government should strengthen the health resources investment to poor areas.
