| 摘 要： | 目的:研究尿巨噬细胞含量与IgA肾病(IgAN)患者肾脏功能损伤程度的关系。方法:用流式细胞仪(FCM)测定30例IgAN患者尿巨噬细胞含量,并与肾脏功能损伤程度进行对照。结果:轻度肾功能损伤组尿巨噬细胞含量为(10.5±2.7)%,中、重度肾功能损伤组尿巨噬细胞含量为(24.1±3.6)%,中、重度肾功能损伤组尿巨噬细胞含量明显高于轻度肾功能损伤组(P<0.05)。结论:尿巨噬细胞含量检测可作为协助判断IgAN肾功能损伤程度的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find the correlation among urinary macrophages and degree of renal injury in patients with IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Methods:The content of urinary macrophage from 30 patients with IgAN was measured by flowcytometry.The data were compared with degree of renal injury.Results:Urinary macrophage contents in IgAN with moderate-severe renal injury were significantly higher than those in mild renal injury group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Testing urinary macrophages by flowcytometry may provide usful information for evaluating the degree of renal injury in IgAN. |
