五福心脑康的药效学研究

目的研究五福心脑康对家兔实验性高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、血小板聚集及血液流变学的防治作用.方法采用 1.5%胆固醇饲料喂饲家兔 60d 造成上述病变动物模型,同时给予五福心脑康,观察高脂血症模型动物的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),主动脉粥样硬化病变斑块面积、厚度,冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度,心肌总胆固醇含量,以及血小板聚集、血液流变学的变化.结果五福心脑康1.24、0.62g/kg治疗30、60d均可显著降低血脂,治疗 60d 可减轻动脉粥样硬化病变程度及改善血小板聚集及血液流变学.结论五福心脑康对家兔高脂血症有显著疗效并有防治动脉粥样硬化、抑制血小板聚集及改善血液流变学的作用.

Studies on the Main Pharmacological Effects of Wufuxinnaokang

Objective To study the prevention and treatment effects of Wufuxinnaokang against experimental hyperlipidemia, atherosclosis, platelet aggregation and hemorheologic changs in rabbits. Methods The animal model was induced by feeding 1.5% cholesteryl forage to rabbit. After administration of Wufuxinnaokang, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) in serum and TC in cardiac muscle of animal model were detected. The area and thickness of pathological plaques in orta and coronary aftery by atherosclerosis, and hematological changs were observed, respectively. Result Two dosages (1.24g/kg, 0.62g/kg) drugs could significantly decrease the raised blood-lipid after 30d and 60d treatment of Wufuxinnaokang, and could improve the platelet aggregation and hemorheologic changes, pathological changes by atherosclerosis after 60d treatment. Conclusion Wufuxinnaokang possed obvious pharmacological effects on prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, inhibition of patelet aggregation and improvement of hemorheologic changes.
