| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕１２~１６周引产的安全、便捷方法。方法:分别采用利凡诺羊膜腔外注入和米非司酮配合阴道放置米索前列醇对８０例孕１２~１６周对象引产。结果:利凡诺组与米索组引产成功率、胎盘残留率无显著性差异(Ｐ＞０．０５),米索组宫缩出现时间、引产成功时间及产后２ｈ出血量显著优于利凡诺组(Ｐ＜０．０１)。结论:米非司酮配合米索前列醇对孕１２~１６周引产有良好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | To investigate a safe and convenient method for induction of labor in the second trimester of pregnancy. Method: 80 cases in induction of labor in second trimester of pregnancy were randomly divided into rivanol group (extra-amniotic injection ) and misoprostol group (mifepristone yaken orally with misoprostol put at the posterior fonnix of the vagina). Results: Both successful rate of induced labor and retention rate of placenta had not significant differences (P>0.05); the indexes of appear time of the uterus contraction, duration of the induced labor and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after labor in the misoprostol group were better than that of the rivanol group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: comedication of misoprostol and mifepristone have better effect for the induction of labor in the second trimester of pregnancy. |
