富士康科技集团职工传染病防控模式的创建与应用

目的探讨大中型企业传染病防控模式,为预防暴发和降低其发病强度提供科学依据。方法收集富士康近几年职工中传染病预防控制资料,整理并进行分析。结果建立企业内部传染病预防控制组织机构;创建企业职工中重点传染病症状监测、图表监测和病例监测预警系统;自建企业职工传染病隔离区;针对高危险职工开展重点传染病主动预防干预和开展职工健康宣教,提高自我防病能力等新的传染病防控模式在企业及其他集体人群传染病预防与暴发控制的实践中证明科学有效。结论富士康传染病监测系统模式,对于早期发现传染源,减少二代病例发生频率发挥了重要作用;自建隔离区隔离和治疗病人模式对于就近、快速、严格控制传染源,降低疫情发生的强度获得了良好的防控效果;而企业最高管理层的高度重视则是富士康传染病防控模式科学创建、不断完善、并得以成功实施、且能获得显著防病效果的关键。

Creation and Application of Mode for Prevention and Control on Infectious Diseases among Employees of Foxconn Technology Group

[ Objective ] To investigate the mode for prevention and control of infectious diseases among employees in large and medium-sized enterprise, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of outbreaks and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases. [ Methods ] Information of infectious diseases control and prevention from the occupational population in Foxconn was analyzed statistically. [ Results] The establishment of the organizations for internal diseases prevention and control, the creation of system of surveillance on syndromes, charts for monitoring and case monitoring warning system, and the establishment of the areas of isolation for infectious diseases, implementation of active prevention intervention and health education for high-risk employees of infectious diseases, and improvement of ability of self-disease prevention were scientific and effective mode on practice for control and prevention of outbreak of infectious disease in enterprise or other collective groups. [ Conclusion] Foxconn mode for surveillance of infectious diseases in enterprise has played an important role in early finding the source of infection and reducing the frequency of second- generation cases. The self-built areas of isolation for infectious diseases and patients treatment mode have good effect on nearby, fast and strict control of infection source and reducing the intensity of the outbreak. The great attention of leaders in enterprise is the key to the creation, continuous improvement and successful implementation of Foxconn mode, and the obtaining of significant effect on infectious diseases prevention and control.
