摘    要:为了解nm23在精原细胞瘤发生、进展过程中所起的作用,应用S-P免疫组织化学方法、兔抗NDPK多克隆抗体对精原细胞瘤及正常睾丸组织中nm23产物/NDPK的表达进行了检测。结果:38例肿瘤和5例正常睾丸生殖上皮组织中nm23/NDPK均呈阳性表达。肿瘤组织中的表达强度明显高于正常生殖上皮组织,而与其组织病理类型无关,强表达缺失与肿瘤的转移行为有关。提示nm23/NDPK在精原细胞瘤发生和转移抑制过程中可能起重要作用

Abstract:nm23/NDPK expression was studied in seminoma and normal testis tissue by S-P immunohistochemistry using rabbit anti-NDPK polyclonal antibody. Positive expression was observed in all the 31 seminoma and 5 normal testis tissues while the expression level has been significantly higher in the former. Loss of overexpression was relevant to the metastasis behavior of the tumor(P<0. 05); The results denoted that nm23/DNPK might play an important role in the carcinogenesis of seminoma and in suppessing its metastasis potential.
