| 尿道下裂一期成形疗效分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 为提高尿道下裂一期成形手术的成功率，分析自１９８４～１９９５年６月收治的尿道下裂２３８例，其中行一期尿道成形１９９例，手术成功率８６．５％。婴幼儿组４１例成功率达９５．１％，认为提早尿道下裂修复术的年龄，使用显微外科技术和正确选择手术方法，合理设计皮瓣等能明显提高一期尿道下裂修复术的成功率。 |

| Abstract: | From 1984 to June 1995, 238 cases of hypospadias have been treated, 199 of which were managed by one stage urethroplasty and the success rate has been 86.5%.In 41 cases of infants and young children,the one stage urethroplasty success rate has been 95.1%, It was pointed out that urethroplasty for hypospadias ought to be undertaken at an early age with microsurgical technique so as to improve the success rate. |
