BCAR1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨BCAR1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测BCAR1在135例非小细胞肺癌和30例正常肺组织中的表达,并分析其表达与肿瘤临床病理因素及预后的相关性。结果 BCAR1在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,在正常肺组织中低表达(P<0.001);在非小细胞肺癌中,BCAR1的高表达与患者的高淋巴结转移及TNM分期正相关(P=0.006和P=0.025);BCAR1高表达的患者在单因素和多因素分析中均表现出更差的预后(P=0.001和P=0.002)。结论BCAR1促进非小细胞肺癌的发生发展,并与其差的预后相关。

Expression of BCAR1/p130CAS in non-small cell lung cancer

Objestive The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of BCAR1 protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and normal lung tissue,and assess their correlations with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods The expression level of BCAR1 in NSCLC and normal lung tissue samples was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of BCAR1 in NSCLC was higher than normal lung tissue(P<0.001).In NSCLC,increased BCAR1 expression was significantly correlated with lymph-node metastasis and TNM ⅢIa-Ⅲb stage(P=0.006 and P=0.025).In addition,patients with BCAR1 high expression had poor survival(P=0.001 in univariate and P=0.002 in multivariate analysis).Conclusion BCAR1 may positively regulate carcinogenesis,and correlate with progression and poor prognosis in NSCLC.
