| 摘 要： | 目的提高对AIDS并发各种中枢神经系统病变的认识，为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法对我院近10年收治的并发中枢神经系统病变的94例AIDS病例进行临床分析。结果94例患者CD4＋T淋巴细胞计数为14～462／mm3，平均为90．6／mm3。36例（38．3％）以神经系统为首发症状，以结核性脑膜炎（29．8％）、AIDS相关性脑病（23-4％）、隐球菌脑膜炎（20．2％）、脑血管意外（10．6％）多见，弓形虫脑病（312％）、中枢神经系统肿瘤（3．2％）较少见。结论AIDS中枢神经系统损害与患者CD4＋T淋巴细胞明显减少有关，患者CD4＋T淋巴细胞水平越低，中枢神经系统病变越常见，病情重，病死率高。早诊断，及时治疗可以改善AIDS患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the understanding of AIDS complicated by lesions of central nervous system (CNS),and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method Clinical data of 94 cases of AIDS complicated by CNS lesions admitted to our hospital in recent 10 years were analyzed.
