三种正畸粘结剂应用于安氏Ⅱ类错颌患者的临床效果评价及护理配合

目的 比较不同正畸粘结剂临床应用效果.方法 选择30例安氏Ⅱ类错颌患者随机分成3组,分组使用津京釉质粘结剂（A组）,3M化学固化粘结剂（B组）,光固化玻璃离子粘结剂（C组）.记录3组的托槽脱落率,临床操作时间以及牙釉质脱矿程度.结果 托槽脱落率A组20.4%,B组5.4%,C组4.6%,统计学分析津京釉质粘结剂与3M化学固化粘结剂和3M化学固化粘结剂的脱落率有显著差异（χ2值为21.64和24.13,P〈0.01）,而后两组比较差异不显著（χ2=1.97,P〉0.05）.医生可操作时间以光固化玻璃离子粘结剂最长,牙齿脱矿程度以光固化玻璃离子粘结剂组低于另外两组.结论 光固化玻璃离子粘结剂粘结力强,医生可操作时间长,牙齿脱矿率低.

The clinical evaluation for three types of orthodontic bracket bonding cement applied to patients with Angle class II malocclusion and the care

Objective To compare the clinical application of orthodontic bracket bonding cement. Methods 30 patients with Angle class II malocclusion were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A using Jinjing enamel adhesives,group B using 3M chemcure adhesives, group C using light -cured glass ionomer adhesive. Three groups＇ bracket bonding failure rate,the clinical operation time,as well as the degree of enamel demineralization were recorded. Results This gave bracket bonding failure rate of 20.4% for group A ,5.4% for group B ,4.6% for group C. Statistical analysis the bracket bonding failure rate of Jinjing enamel adhesives is significantly difference with 3M chem - cure adhesives and light - cured glass ionomer adhesive. （X2 value of 21.64 and 24.13, P 〈 0.01 ）, the latter two groups have no statistically significant difference. （x2 = 1.97, P 〉 0.05 ）. Doctors＇operable time for light - cured glass ionomer adhesive was longest and tooth demineralization of light - cured glass ionomer adhesive group was less than the other two groups. Conclusion The light - cured glass ionomer adhesive had strong adhesion, a long operable time and the low rate of demineralization.
