老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期的护理

目的探讨老年患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期的护理方法。方法对LC的78例老年患者术前加强评估，做好心理护理和术前准备；术后严密观察病情变化，做好并发症、合并症的护理及常规护理。结果78例老年患者均安全渡过LC围手术期，术后恢复良好，无护理并发症，术后（6．2±1．2）d康复出院，随访满意。结论正确实施围手术期护理可减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。

Perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients

Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing methods of laparosoopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients. Methods Strengthen assessment of LC in 78 elderly patients before surgery; Good psychological care and preoperative preparation was conducted ; Obeserve changes closely and do routine care for complications. Results 78 cases of elderly patients safely went through the LC perioperative period; postoperative recovery was good; no complications; postoperative （6.2 ± 1.2 ） d was discharged and follow - up was satisfing. Conclusion Correct implementation of perioperative nursing can reduce postoperative complications and improve surgical success rate.
