后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折可吸收螺钉内固定疗效探讨

目的探讨可吸收螺钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的可行性及近期疗效。方法对18例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折行切开复位胫骨止点及可吸收螺钉固定术。术中使用2枚可吸收螺钉固定骨折块，术后以膝关节支具外固定。结果手术时间40～67min，平均48rain。12例均随访12～14个月，所有骨折均获愈合，未出现骨折移位。无膪窝部神经、血管损伤并发症。术后1年Lysholm膝节功能评分（93．6±4．7）分。结论膝关节后内侧切口、可吸收螺钉内固定后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折术后膝关节功能恢复好疗效可靠。

The dinical study of tibia I in sertion avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament with absorbable screws

No popliteal fossa nerve complica- tions of vascular injury. 1 year after section Lysholm knee function score （93.6 ± 4.7） points. Conclusion After the medial knee incision, absorbable screw fixation of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture of the resoration of knee function after a good and reliable effect.
