生长激素与生长抑素联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎

目的探讨生长激素和生长抑素治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎的疗效。方法对58例重症急性胰腺炎，随机分为施他宁治疗组（n=28），生长激素和施他宁联合治疗组（n=30）。观察并对比两组治疗后住院天数、严重并发症的发生率、中转手术率、病死率和住院费用；APACHEII评分；测定入院时和入院后2周的血浆清蛋白水平。结果联合治疗组的住院天数、并发症发生率、中转手术率、病死率及住院费用均明显低于施他宁组（P〈0．05）；联合组促进清蛋白合成的作用亦优于施他宁组（均P〈0．05）。结论联合应用生长激素和生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎，有助于提高重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效；是治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎的一种有效治疗方法。

Effects of recombination growth hormone and sandostatin in the treatment of serve acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of sandostatin and growth hormon（GH） in the treat- ment of severe acute panereatitis （SAP）. Methods Fifty - eight patients with SAP were divided randomly into 2 groups ： san- dostatintreatment（SS） group（ n = 28 ） and combination of sandostatin and growth hormon（ SS ＋ GH） group（ n = 30）. The average hospital stay days,incidence of complications, mortality, charges for hospitalization ; level of albumin was detected at admission and two weeks after treatment. Results The average hospital stay days, incidence of complications, mortality in SS group were significantly lower than those in （ SS ＋ GH） group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. correction of hypoalbuminemia in （ SS ＋ GH ） group was much better than those in （SS） group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of sandostatin and GH is an effective method for treatment of SAP.
