摘    要:
目的:观察比较前牙区牙体缺损修复中采用铸造金属桩联合钴铬烤瓷冠和玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年2月~2014年2月我科门诊收治的85例(140颗牙)前牙美学区牙体缺损需行桩核冠修复的患者为研究对象,按照患者选取桩核冠材质的不同分为纤维组和金属组,其中纤维组患者采用玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠进行修复(45例,65颗牙),金属组患者采用铸造金属桩联合钴铬烤瓷冠进行修复(40例,75颗牙),随访时间2年,对比两组患牙的修复效果。结果:纤维组修复成功率为96.9%,金属组修复成功率为88.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);修复后2年,纤维组在边缘适合度、修复体完整度、颜色匹配度方面与金属组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩在抗根折能力、美学效果、生物相容性等方面优于铸造金属桩,修复效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the repair of anterior tooth defect in the clinical results of the metal casting pile combined with CO CR PFM crown and glass fiber post and all ceramic crown.Methods From 2010 February to 2014 February in our department treated 85 patients (140 teeth) anterior extractionsockets tooth defect for pile nuclear crown repair patients as the research object,according to the different patient selection of pile nuclear crown material for fiber and metal fiber,the group of patients with glass fiber pile joint all ceramic crown repair (45 cases,65 teeth),metal group were treated by metal casting pile combined with CO CR PFM crown repair (40 cases,75 teeth),followed-up for 2 years,repairing effect comparison of the two groups of teeth.Results The success rate of fiber repair group 96.9%,the success rate of metal repair group 88%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2 years after the repair,fiber group in the margin fitness,prosthesis integrity color matching and metal group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber post in the anti root fracture ability,aesthetic effect,biocompatibility is superior to cast metal post restoration,good effect,worthy of clinical application.
