摘    要:
复旦大学附属华山医院北院在创新体制,建设符合医疗卫生体制改革方向的医院运营模式方面进行了初步的探索,文章从绩效管理、财务管理、后勤管理、药品管理、“点数平衡法”收付费模式、医疗质量与安全管理、人才和学科建设等方面对医院运营改革情况进行了阐述。

Exploration of Theory and Practice on Public Hospital Reform

Abstract:
North Hospital of Huashan Hospital of Fudan University conducted a preliminary exploration on how to innovate system and construct operational management mode of large public hospital conforming to the direction of the medical and health system reform. From the following aspects, the daily management of the hospital were introduced : performance management, financial management, logistics management, drug management, " points balance method" payment mode, medical quality and safety management, specialists and discipline construction.
