| 摘 要： | 主要从非侵入型（无胆盐乙硫氨酸饲喂法、雨蛙素诱发法、L-精氨酸诱发法）和侵入型（电针刺激法、结扎法、胰胆管逆行注射法）两个方面阐述急性胰腺炎动物模型的研究进展，并介绍每种方法的历史沿革及其优缺点。详细介绍了雨蛙素诱发法、L-精氨酸诱发法和胆胰管逆行注射法。 |

| Abstract: | It is mainly in two aspects to introduce the animol model of pancreatitis. One is the non - intrusion type which includes the DL- ethionine with a choline - deficient diet method, caerulein induced method and L - arginine induced method. The other is the intrusion type which includes the electric needle stimulation method, the ligation method and the biliopancreatic duct retrograde injection method. Meanwhile, the advantage and disadvanage of each methods were also introduced in this review. The caerulein- induced method, the L - arginine - induced method and the biliopancreatic duct retro - injection method were illuminated in details. |
