| 摘 要： | 本文报告100例健康老年人左心功能改变,并用100例非老年人作对照。结果表明在老年人组表现为主动脉血流速度、心排血量及心脏指数有显著降低,电机械收缩总时间(Q-A_2)、左室射血时间(LVET),射血前时间(PEP)及PEP/LVET显著增大,从而表明,老年人左心功能有一定程度受损。本文对老年人左心功能受损机制作了简要讨论。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reported the changes of left ventricular function of 100 healthy aged persons and compared with 100 persons of age under 60 years. The results showed that in aged group there were remarkable reduction of the speed of the blood flow in aorta, and also in cardiac output and cardiac index. There were also significant increase of the value of Q-A_2, PEP and PEP/LVET. It revealed that there were some impairments of ventricular function in aged persons. This article also discussed briefly about the mechanism of the impairments of the left ventrieular function. |
