复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星对肾阳虚型CP的临床观察

目的 探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星对肾阳虚型慢性前列腺炎（CP）的治疗效果。方法 应用自身症状评分前后对照方法，对60例。肾阳虚型慢性前列腺炎患者应用复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗。结果 治疗前后患者前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-CPSI）有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗肾阳虚慢性前列腺炎疗效确切，值得推广。

Clinical Research of Co-Xuanju Capsules Combined Levofloxacin on Patients with Kidney Yang Deficiency Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of Co-Xuanju capsule plus levofloxacin in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency chronic prostatitis patients. Methods Using self-controlled clinical trail,we treated 60 patiens with kidney yang deficiency chronic prostatitis by Co-Xuanju capsules plus levofloxac. Results The difference was significance in NIH chronic prostatitis syndrome index （NIH-CPSI）after therapy （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Co-Xuanju capsules combined levofloxacin was effective in treatment of kidney yang deficiency chronic prostatitis,it should be used widely.
