持续和间断静注顺式阿曲库铵对老年患者肌松效果的评价

目的观察持续和间断静注顺式阿曲库铵对老年患者的肌松效果。方法选取2010年2月。2011年2月于我院在全麻下行上腹部手术的老年患者40例，随机分为两组，间断静注组和持续静注组。术中间断静注组给予间断静注顺式阿曲库铵维持肌松，持续静注组给予微量注射泵持续静注顺式阿曲库铵维持肌松。观察两组患者的顺式阿曲库铵的用药情况、肌松恢复指数及肌松恢复时间。结果持续静注组患者的顺式阿曲库铵的用药总量、期间药量较间断静注组减少（t=2．46，P〈0．05；t=3．77，P〈0．01）；两组患者的肌松恢复指数无明显统计学差异（t=1．44，P〉0．05），而持续静注组的肌松恢复时间较间断静注组明显缩短（t=1．70，P〈0．05）。结论持续静注顺式阿曲库铵可减少老年患者手术中阿曲库铵的用药量，可为手术提供稳定而可控的肌肉松弛，是老年患者全身麻醉中较好的一种维持肌松的给药方法。

The Assessment of Muscle Loose Effects of Continuous Infusion and Intermittent Infusion Cisatracurium

Objective To observe the muscle loose effect of continuous infusion and intermittent infusion cisatracurium.Methods Selected 40 cases of elderly patients who were done abdominal surgery in general anesthesia in our hospital during February 2010 to February 2011.All patients were divided into continuous infusion group and intermittent infusion group.During the surgery process, the intermittent infusion group were given intermittent infusion cisatracurium to keep the muscle loose, and the continuous infusion group were given continuous infusion cisatracurium to keep the muscle loose.To observe the pharmacy condition of cisatracurium, the index of muscle loose recovery, the time of muscle loose recovery. Results The total dose and period dose of cisatracurium of the continuous infusion group were less than the intermittent infusion group （ t=2.46, P 〈 0.05 ; t=3.77, P 〈 0.01 ） ; The index of muscle loose recovery of two groups were no obvious difference （ t=1.44, P 〉 0.05 ）, and the time of muscle loose recovery of the continuous infusion group were shorter than the intermittent infusion group （ t=1.70, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Continuous infusion cisatracurium can reduce the dose of the surgery and can provide a stable and controllable muscle loose.It is a good kind of maintain muscle loose for elderly patients.
