乳腺癌患者生活质量及其影响因素调查

目的调查乳腺癌患者的生活质量，观察影响其生活质量的因素。方法对290例在我院治疗的乳腺癌患者进行调查，患者的一般资料的调查采用自行设计的问卷进行，生活质量调查采用生活质量核心问卷和乳腺癌的特异性量表。结果调查对象的整体生活质量评分与乳腺癌参考值差异无显著性；应用不同的生活质量子量表调查发现，本次调查乳腺癌患者与参考值比较差异较大。乳腺癌患者的生活质量评分在不同的收入组间及不同年龄组间、采用不同的方案进行治疗的患者在生活质量各维度方面、采用不同的手术方式的患者在体形得分方面比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳腺癌患者处于中等水平的生活质量，其中患者的经济收入、年龄及不同的治疗方案及不同的手术方式均会对乳腺癌患者生活质量造成影响。
