ICU机械通气患者运用丙泊酚镇静的疗效观察

目的观察丙泊酚在ICU机械通气患者中的镇静疗效。方法选取ICU中需行机械通气治疗患者共49例，采用丙泊酚持续镇静并观察镇静效果，同时监测达到镇静RamsayⅢ～Ⅴ效果前后及停药时相关呼吸、循环参数变化。结果丙泊酚镇静起效迅速，镇静后呼吸频率、心率、血氧饱和度、氧合指数、氧分压、平均动脉压及平均气道压均较镇静前有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丙泊酚是可运用于机械通气患者较理想的镇静药物，值得临床进一步推广。

Observation of the Sedation Effect of Propofol on ICU Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To investigate the sedation effect of Propofol on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods All 49 patients were selected and sedated to keep target depth of sedation （ Ramsay III - V ）with infusion. Then related respiratory and circulatory parameters were recorded. Results The effect of propofol sedative therapy onset rapidly, there were significant differences in respiration rate, heart rate, non-traumatic mean arterial blood pressure, pulse oxygen saturation and total sedation time change （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Propofol is an ideal sedative drugs that can be used in patients with mechanical ventilation, and is worthy of further promotion.
