| 摘 要： | 探讨腺相关病毒载体在阿尔茨海默病中的应用。腺相关病毒载体是目前基因治疗中最常用的病毒载体，由于其具有定点整合、无致病性，通过一系列实验与研究，证明其可长期表达、免疫反应性小等独特的生物学特性。取得较为理想的前临床实验结果，重组腺相关病毒载体的进展为以后基因治疗带来了希望，为将来进入临床治疗打下了良好的基础。 |
