| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白测定在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法研究对象为25例妊娠期糖尿病患者（GDM组）和325例非妊娠期糖尿病患者（非GDM组）；另选取未妊娠的非糖尿病健康妇女60例作为对照组。结果与对照组比较，GDM组FPG、OGCT、HbAlc均显著升高（P〈0．05）；GDM组的阳性检出率显著高于对照组和非GDM组（P〈0．05）；HbAlc的敏感性、特异性、可靠性及阳性预测均较FPG及OGCT高。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者的诊断和筛查中HbAlc检查方法敏感性和特异性均较高，且具有检测速度快、操作简单等优点，可以作为一种较为实用的筛查GDM的指标使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Application value of HbAlc detection in the gestational diabetes. Methods There were 25 cases of gestational diabetes （ GDM group ） ; 325 cases of non-gestational diabetes （ non-GDM group ） ; selected non-diabetic healthy non-pregnant women 60 cases as the control group. Results Compared with the control group, FPG, OGCT, HbAlc in GDM group were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） The positive rate in GDM group was significantly higher than that in non-GDM group and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Sensitivity, specificity, reliability and positive predictive of HbAlc were higher than FPG and OGCT. Conclusion Sensitivity and specificity of HbAlc detection in the gestational diabetes are higher, it has speed and easy operation, can be used as a more useful indicator of GDM screening use. |
