| 摘 要： | 目的观察运动疗法对老年2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法通过对68例老年2型糖尿病患者进行常规药物治疗和饮食控制外，结合运动疗法进行综合治疗，随机分为实验组和对照组各34例，测定3个月前后糖、脂代谢及体重指数和6min步行实验的相应指标。结果实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数及6min步行实验与治疗前比较均有明显改善。结论运动疗法有利于老年2型糖尿病患者病情的改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of physiotherapy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Observed 68 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, diet, routine drug therapy and physiotherapy combined with comprehensive treatment. Measured, blood sugar, blood lipids, body weight and 6-minute walk test indicator before and after three months. Results The experimental group showed significant improvement of the results before treatment. Conclusion Physiotherapy is beneficial in elderly type 2 diabetes. |
